Quick-invite a company?
Hi there,
as I do really appreciate and do like Get Satisfaction (except for some missing features ;-)), I do want to recommend it to as many companies as possible! How can I?
I'd really like to see a way to invite a company quickly and appropriately, resulting in a successful usage of Get Satisfaction by this company, when they do really get the value of your service!
Of course I still have to search for an appropriate e-mail address, but maybe a beautiful HTML e-mail with space for a comment for this happy customer dude, who invited the company would be great!
What do you think?
PS: Of course I know, not everyone thinks HTML e-mails are "beautiful", but I think it contributes massively to readability and a quick overview, especially if someone is new to a service! I personally am tired of those plain text Courier New newsletters I get everyday...

Inappropriate?Part of the strategy for Get satisfaction is to coerce companies into participating by showing them that their customers are already here. A feature like you describe to let customers encourage companies to participate is definitely in the books.
