satisfaction is slooooooow.
I want to be satisfied. Quickly. =)
This is a really cool concept but I think there are some typical growing pains.

Inappropriate?Sorry you're experiencing slowness. We are very, very beta right now but you can expect to see constant improvement over the next couple months.
And just curious, what process were you doing that was so slow? It's working pretty quickly for me right now.
I’m anxious

Inappropriate?Just going to the getsatisfaction.com/companies page. Rendering that is taking a long time.
Check it out using pingdom. It times out...

Inappropriate? We've known about the companies page for a while now. It was thrown together by Ted and I one day and suffers from N + 1 query syndrome. It is the heaviest page view on satisfaction by a big gap.
The design guys haven't yet addressed changes they want to go into this page, so rather than spending time on improving something that might not be there for launch (in it's current form at least), we've chosen to spend time elsewhere.
Thanks for the report.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Scott, good to know that you plan to address it. In the short term, you might want to consider just adding pagination as that is usually fairly easy to add and probably reduce your load by quite a bit.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Jauderho,
We've definitely got paging in our immediate plans, we talked about it yesterday. I've currently got a couple of urgent things on my plate before I get to it, but look for it to be in place before the end of the week.
I’m thankful
