Send out notifications when topics are renamed
You should re-send email notifications when topics are re-named. I clicked on a link and it no longer worked. Turns out the user had corrected a misspelling in the topic name.

Inappropriate?Rather than spam people to death with email, we're going to implement a redirect system.
When finished, the old urls will redirect a user to the proper url automatically, and the new url will just work.
