Services as well as products
I added 'Southeastern Trains' recently, but when I go to add a problem I have with the service, it asks me what 'product' I want to report it on. My local train company don't really offer a product - but a service. It would be helpful if the UI reflected the fact that not all companies make products, some offer services - some only offer one service (like trains).
I can cope with cognitively mapping 'product' to 'service', but others may find it more difficult.

Inappropriate?If you go to the product page, and click "Edit this Product" (blue button), there's a radio button there to let you choose between product and service, and you can just switch it up!

Inappropriate?Good point, Tom. I often have a hard time with curating products and services on our site because the line does sometimes seem blurred or not as apparent to users. I'll see what we can do on the next updates to these pages and try to either fix the language or presentation when people are adding products and services. Love the feedback.
