The "collapse topics" view should have a little more information
When viewing the collapsed view, a little more context would be useful... particularly the user icon and name of the submitter... it helps to get a sense for who's responsible for the comment... maybe also a "...days ago" line, so you can also tell the "staleness" of a topic.

By "...days ago" line you must mean when the topic was originally posted since we do show time of last reply in collapsed view already? -
Inappropriate?Ok, so how about for the collapsed view: "This topic was shared 4 days ago by Amy and has 13 replies. The most recent reply is came from Chris 2 hours ago."
You should use the micro-icons as well so that it helps me pick out where authoritative replies are... and this sentence provides a lot of useful information, that, if you style it appropriately, gives me enough context, at a glance, to whether I should revisit it.
I wonder too if you should call out "New official response since you last viewed..." Now THAT would be useful!
