The system is too sensitive to the use of caps in topic titles. I added this topic:
"What is an easy backup solution for OS X 10.4 (Tiger)?"
...and the system told me to not use so many caps because I was shouting. Three caps in a row shouldn't count as shouting, should it? Especially when it's a product name that's already in the system?
