When I try to open an account it says I already have one.
@getsatisfaction when i try to reply, it asks me to open an account, then tells me i already have one. arggh
The more people who ask this question, the more it gets noticed.

Have you created a Get Satisfaction account in the past?
To find out you can use the forgot password form here

Type in the email address you tried to sign up with. If the email address has been email you instructions on how to create a new password. If not it will tell you that the email address is not registered (If it's not registered that means there is a bigger issue.)
Please try that out and let us know what happens.
