Where is the Admin Control panel?
I can't find the admin page to add/edit employee status on Get Satisfaction, where does Get Satisfaction hide it?
I need to add an employee at my company to our list of official reps, but can't find the control panel where I can search for names and configure their permissions. I am an admin.

Hey Ethan, first, make sure you're under http://getsatisfaction/songbird then look in the upper right corner for the "Admin" link, or log in and it will appear there. Once you're there, you'll see the settings for the name of the company, etc. but look on the left and find the link for "Accounts & Roles". that's where you can add employees and representatives.

Inappropriate?Sorry you're having problems. When you are logged in as an admin, you should see the link to your admin panel in the upper-right-hand corner. Like so:

Thanks. It turns out that someone accidentally removed me from admin which is why th control panel was so hard to find. Doh!
I'm back on admin status and it's working fine.
