Inappropriate?This is something that one another company rep noticed just the other day, but unfortunately we haven't diagnosed the problem completely. I've put this in our bug-tracking system, and we will hopefully get this fixed soon. Thanks for reporting it. Very helpful!

Inappropriate?Stefan: Unfortunately, we haven't fixed this bug yet, but it's on our list, and my hope is that we can get it fixed very soon. We are planning to dig into a number of bugs today (bug-fix Friday!), and I will push to get this one at the top of that list. I appreciate your patience. I know it is an annoyance, especially for company employees who use that unanswered list to keep track of what's been tackled and what hasn't yet.1 Comment
