Why won't my company logo update?
I've tried to update my company's logo a couple times. The upload seemed to go fine each time. I cleared my browser cache too, but it's not showing the new logo on our page.

Inappropriate?That doesn't sound right. Let me rope some other folks into this and see if we can't find an answer. Can you tell me what type of file the logo is? I suppose that could matter.

Inappropriate?It's a PNG file (I believe 8-bit). It uploaded fine the first time.

Is the file the same name as the one you previously uploaded? If so, we've seen that before. I would recommend trying to change the file name and then uploading the new file.
If you still have trouble, you can email me at scott@getsatisfaction.com and I'll try to fix the DB directly. Sorry about that, we as a team need to do some work on how we handle avatar uploads.
I'm currently working on a pretty significant upgrade of some of the 3rd party code we rely on, and I'll see If I can sneak in a pass on this code to improve things. No promises though :) It might take a little longer than what i've been budgeted. -
Inappropriate?I just tried it with a different file name and it's still showing the old image. Is there a cache I need to wait for? I'll email the correct image to you now.
