Would Get Satisfaction be useful for library feedback?

I may be a little biased (I'm the Lead Developer here) but I certainly think you could use Get Satisfaction to gather feedback for your library. We've had several public agencies experiment with GSFN, such as the LAFD and even a City Assemblyman from Ann Arbor Michigan.

If you're curious about trying things out, we'd love to talk ideas with you. We want to make Get Satisfaction a place where both businesses and organizations can come to find a deeper connection with their clientele.
