Change the icon on the iPhone deck to something more cheerful :)
The alert icon makes it a.) seem scary/negative, and b.) suggests the app didn't install correctly. How about using the heart icon from the praise topic type?

Inappropriate?I just watched a friend download and install it, and once it was loaded he wasn't sure if it had loaded properly because he's used to the alert signifying that something went wrong. Something with a touch of color could be nice, too.

Inappropriate?I'd say going for the light bulb would be quite good, as it's a bit more neutral, since people don't just use getsatisfaction for praise, but for complaints too. I agree with Thor though, it really is a bit harsh as it is. I keep thinking its some sort of warning or app for tweaking hardware problems on my iPod
