Is the time automatically converted to the time zone of the customer?

first of all great product. exactly what i was searching for a long time.
my question is though, does the time is automatically converted to the time zone of the customer when he sees my schedule?
i have my business in france but many clients in america.

The times are the business times so they refer to the business time zone, though you got a point and we'll probably add some sort of info line at the business page that will mention it's the business time zone.
