Please don't make my invitees register if they are clients
Is there any way for users NOT to have to register to book a time with me? I have already added them to my client list and having them register again is causing people to not want to use scheduly.

Inappropriate?Hi Owen,
Scheduly is designed to enable you to follow up your appointments and clients and this is the reason that we decided that clients should also register to Scheduly. By doing so you have a lot of advantages:
1. Security – You know that your client email was verified
2. Managing your clients list
3. Approve/ Cancel upcoming appointments
4. Send Notifications
We are also planning to launch soon a new feature that will allow you to send automatically reminders before the meeting (such as: don’t forget that we have an appointment on...)
I suggest that you talk with your clients and ask them what they think, is it really that painful to register (it’s just a basic signup - http://scheduly.com/pages/a/signup.aspx)
Sincerely,
Tom
I’m I’m thinking that this is a really important subject and I’m looking forward to continue this discussion

Inappropriate?Tom,
Because they are already clients and I've entered them in my client list, I've verified them. Sending them a secure link would be ideal, as they are clients already. I think that asking them to register, to make an appointment with me is doesn't serve me or them. It puts a barrier in front of them, and it places a requirement on them that I would rather not have. In trying to provide great service to my clients (thus scheduly!) this doesn't meet that threshold.
Yours,

Inappropriate?Dear Owen,
We will do our best to give a solution for an unregistered client and we added this feature to our wish list.
As soon as we will have it done we will announce it.
Thanks for your inputs,

Inappropriate?Dear Tom,
There are a lot of clients who does not like the feeling to register before they can do online bookings. I would like to give the service that I book them manually for them.
I miss the tool to change clients info such as surename, email etc.
A nice add on will be the number of total clients for a day. I will go on testing this program.
Keep improving this handy tool.

Inappropriate?Same, asking potential clients to register is a hindrance. I'd like the option of turning it off, just asking them for an email address and phone number, I'll verify them myself.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?enrique,
It's surely on our next scope...
We're doing our best to ship the right solution for it, tnx for your patience.

Inappropriate? Thanks. I think for some people (including myself) it's quite important to make it easy for customers to use, and spam etc aren't a problem right now.

Inappropriate?I watched the video and didn't see a place where the client had to register and create an account. Unfortunately, if this is the case I won't be able to use the service.

Inappropriate?Hi,
This is the sign up page for your clients, it's a very simple and fast registartion process.

Inappropriate?I understand why you want both clients and businesses to register. So, maybe you can let them register using either their Google account or Facebook Connect, that way a new user name/password isn't needed.
I've started using Facebook Connect to let readers register with my WordPress blog and it has simplified user management tremendously.
In fact... I just used Facebook Connect to leave this comment, so definitely worth extending to the main scheduly service.

Inappropriate?Dear Michael,
It's a great idea and we moved this feature up in the list thanks to your comment, we really appreciate the feedback.

Inappropriate?hi Tom
I find it very interesting discussion on whether or not to register the user to make an appointment with the service scheduly also find an effective solution provided that the user is given the opportunity to use an existing account such as service used by just GetSatisfaction (wide choice Google, Facebook etc.. etc.) I have active service for over a year but I never had any appunatmento sure that the user is a big hassle.
otherwise congratulations for your brilliant idea with these little tricks I can greatly improve the outcome for all.
