SM2 doesn't load in Firefox 3.5 and Safari 4 for Windows
I used Sound Manager 2 in my web page and it works perfectly with Firefox 3.0 for Linux, Opera 10 for Windows and Google Chrome 3.0 for windows.
It even works with Internet Explorer 6 for Windows, although I still have some layout issues to fix.
BUT
It doesn't even load with Firefox 3.5 for Windows and Safari 4.0 for Windows, they simply offer to download the MP3. I'm not really worried about Safari, but Firefox is a must.
Flash 10 is installed and working (Youtube works) and Javascript is active. It doesn't seem a local problem as it persists in another PC too (Both have Firefox 3.5 and Windows XP).
I tried to deactivate all extensions and plugins except Flash, no solution.
I have gone back to the 360 demo "as is" which works when I try it online in Schillmania, but doesn't in my site.

Any hint, please?
Thank you in advance.

Inappropriate?Firefox 3.5.3, Safari 4 / Mac OS X: OK
IE 6, Windows XP: OK
Firefox 3.5.3, Windows XP: Error (startup failed)
Looks like something is strange with the positioning of the movie in Firefox on WinXP, and likely the same issue in Safari. Sometimes with position:fixed on the movie element, there are issues with the flash movie not loading/not being run because the browser doesn't think it needs to.
This may be due to some of your HTML or CSS affecting the layout of the movie, though I'm not 100% certain.
Try setting soundManager.useHighPerformance = false; and see if that fixes things, in the 360player.js file. That will remove the position:fixed attribute from the SM2 .SWF.

Inappropriate?Yes, setting soundManager.useHighPerformance = false; fixed the problem both in Firefox for Windows and Safari for Windows.
Thank you very much.
