I'm trying to make a teacher page but I can't find the place where I live - what should I do?

Inappropriate?Make sure you haven't put "Hackney, London" or anything else with a comma in it. Just put the name of your town or neighbourhood and we'll do the rest.

Inappropriate?If you're still having trouble after you've taken out the commas, let us know - sometimes places aren't in the Geonames database yet. Give us as much detail as you can about where you are and we'll add your location.
Bear in mind that it can take a little while for Geonames to update on our site.
