Pearl 8130: application never loads after install and verify of mobile key

After entering the ping.fm mobile key successfully, the key was verified but the application failed to load.

Upon re-trying with a new application key, I received the following error:
"You User Application Key could not be validated (APP_KEY: Mobile key not found.)"
