Streamline the install. Add Ping to button to the bar. When dialog is shown, if user is missing username or key, show the preference dialog (or integrate into this dialog).

Inappropriate?Update. These requests will be added in version 1.0.3. Unfortunately, according to Mozilla, automatically adding a button to the toolbar isn't recommend so this won't be default behavior. What I will do is add a button to the Preferences Dialog so that you can have it do so if you wish.
