If you go to PodWorks > Preferences and go to the "iTunes Export" tab, what do you see as the path to the iTunes Library XML file. Does that file actually exist on your computer? Do you have your iTunes library in a non-standard location?

Thanks, that worked...BUT, it downloaded all my songs but not the actual playlist, which is what i really need. How can i download the playlist files only?
