ERROR 1700

Does anyone have the solution to error 1700? I can't transfer any songs from iPod to iTunes! It refuses to recognize songs!

I went in to my iTunes folder and trashed the iTunes Music Library.xml file. When I restarted the "transfer all" the files began to migrate. I feel much better.

I tried putting the library.xml file in the trash but it still wont transfer songs. Has anyone found a different solution?
