I believe I followed all the directions necessary. I changed my settings on my video iPod to "enable disk use." PodWorks still does not recognize my iPod. How do I get my iPod to show up on the PodWorks "Connected iPods" pop-down menu?
I bought a new computer and had to give my other one up. I lost my entire iTunes library- I could not deauthorize it for some reason. So now I am trying to import my entire library on my video iPod into iTunes on my MacBook Pro. I purchased PodWorks, followed the given instructions, and PodWorks does not seem to recognize my iPod. How do I get my iPod library into PodWorks?
