Playlist copying snafu

Every time I try to copy a playlist, I get a "Source File Not Found" message repeated for every song in the playlist (even though the songs show clearly in the podworks window). Can anybody explain this? Is Buzz Anderson still around? He was very helpful a few years back, but now I'm recalling the Wizard of Oz.
