PodWorks license agreement outdated and incomplete?

I am trying to find out from the license agreement if I can copy PodWorks onto my iPhone via an app like Air Sharing and then run the app similarly to iPod tethering, which is supported in the agreement.

Section 2 states:
"This License allows you to install and use one copy of the Sci-Fi Hi-Fi Software on one (1) computer and one (1) iPod at a time"

but also:
"You may not make the Sci-Fi Hi-Fi Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple computers at the same time, unless a licensed copy of the Sci-Fi Hi-Fi Software exists on each of those computers."

I believe there may be more detail to this last statement in the next sentence, but it is not complete:
"You may use the Sci-Fi Hi-Fi software on computers other than the one mentioned above, so long as the Sci-Fi Hi."

Please clarify the license agreement and/or update to include how PodWorks can function remotely on an iPhone/iPod Touch as it currently is supported on iPods that do not have networking software available.
