Inappropriate?Wow. No one has replied in 8 months. Well I just have a question I reckon. How long can an event remain live? Like, if I embed an event in my website and call it "What my friends are saying"...and I add a handful of tweets that I follow. Could I just leave that event running indefinately? That way other people could see which people I follow and what they have to say. Just a thought. -

Events stay open for 1 hour from your last posts, so when all your friends fall asleep the event will probably lock down. We've built everything to be optimized for events that may run for days, but not forever and ever and ever... So you'd be better off with something like TwitterFountain that deals more with long-term Twitter feeds.

Inappropriate?Really like the Service. But three ideas:
1.) Timestamp-Format: please offer a timestamp for europeans: 24h instead 12h am/pm-format.
2.) Editing of posted entries on Mac (Firefox + Safari) doesn't work that well on scribblelive.com. Especially "Umlaute" ('ä', 'ö', 'ü') aren't working at all.
3.) For the Wordpress-Blog-Integration. Please give the UL a special class (not only an ID), so that someone can design the Liveblog-Entries via his own CSS. Having only LIs with the authors ID isn't enough. -
Inappropriate?1) 24h timestamps are coming this week (hopefully)
2) We're going to change it so the "edit" links pop-open a box where you can type all accented characters. Look for that in the next few days.
3) Good point. We'll add a "ScribbleLive" class to those elements. -

We would love to find an elegant way to do that. It's not a technical problem to do, but everyone seems to be pissed when people "live-tweet" something because it fills up all their friends' Twitter feed. Any ideas?

Don't allow all dialog, only individual posts and only via selection from the poster?
