Footnotes and Reference
I downloaded the newest update. I really appreciate the work that has gone into the application so far. I am also looking forward to what I read is coming.
I have a question regarding the new footnotes and cross references. When I access my first cross reference in a chapter everything works well. I can read the definition or I can jump to the cross reference. ( Will we ever be able to go from the the cross reference to reference from that page - a scripture chain?)
If I attempt a subsequent cross reference from the original chapter - the window either opens blank or with the information related to the original reference. I have to exit the chapter and go back in to get the new information. Is there a trick or something I am missing?

Inappropriate?Jerry, for now we are limiting it because it gets really tricky when you go deeper and deeper. We're looking into what the best solution is, so we hope to improve it, but not sure when. Thanks

Inappropriate?I am sure that is tricky. Thank you for the quick response.
I did ask two questions though.
I am only able to pull up one footnote in any chapter, if I close the first footnote and attempt another I get a blank window or sometimes the data from the first footnote. Is there something I should be doing differently? -
Jerry, I'm not seeing this same behavior. Is there a specific chapter/verse you are seeing it? I just tried 2 Nephi 1, footnote 1a (father) and footnote 2a (rebellions), and it works fine. I have tried this countless times elsewhere in my testing as well. Thanks -
Inappropriate?I tried in multiple places. I first noticed it in Galatians 4. When I chose "bondage" in verse 3 I get a blank screen. Also when I choose "adoption" in verse 5 I get a blank screen with 4a annotated at the top.
I did try 2 Nephi and it worked great. -
Inappropriate?I'm also having this problem. For example, I just went to Acts 10:2 and opened "alms". The black window popped up empty and said "Lore..." at the top. That was it. Then I clicked in verse 3 on "evidently" and got the right thing, but then clicked on "vision" and got an empty box with "3b" as the caption. I've tried several others with very mixed results as well. Kind of a let down when I was pumped about having footnotes. Hope the other promised features show up soon. Hope the footnote glitches get resolved.
I’m still going to wait it out...

Inappropriate? It looks like there are some issues particularly in the New Testament, we will address this as soon as we can, thanks for your help.
