Remember where you are
1. When you shut down ReadScriptures it remembers where you were, sort of. It would be much better if it could remember EXACTLY where you were (the verse instead of the top of the chapter or talk). I'm sure you're working on it (I hope).
2. For use in a Sunday School or other class, where you bounce around from one of the Standard Works to another, it would be excellent to have a GUI that would allow you to remember where you last were in each of the Standard Works. That would make getting around from references in one work to another much faster and easier.

Inappropriate?Due to some limitations in Apple's software we can't remember exactly where you are, until they make some enhancements, which we are hoping they will. We are going to have verse specific bookmarks in the near future, and that would let you do that.
For #2, we are going to have a "recents" list of where you've been. So if you were reading Luke 2 and then went to 2 Nephi 2, you could go to "recents" quickly and go right back to Luke 2. This is a bit complicated but we're working on it. :)

Please accept this comment in the spirit intended. I just want to point out that there seems to be a way already to get back to the exact location (ref. # 1 above)
Suggest you check out the free version of "The Scriptures" by Lee Falin. He's somehow figured out how to search to the exact verse, and also remember how to get back to the exact verse when shutting down and starting up again. -

Inappropriate?This app will be able to go to the exact verse for searching, we just didn't finish the development of that feature before getting out this latest release version.

Inappropriate?Regarding this app remembering where you are...it only remembers the chapter you are in if you select the chapter from the chapter list. If you use the arrow at the top to navigate, it doesn't remember you going to those chapters. so when you open up the app again, it takes you back to the chapter you selected from the list, not the last one you were in. Is there a way to fix this?
