had ver horrible customer service with Sears, I wrote in about about product I had been waiting on to be in stock. They wrote back told me to cotact the store. I wrote back asking them to contact the store. I got a response to call a different number anyway I had already ordered the product because I noticed it was now in stock. I told them I did not understand why I had to contact here and contact there. I asked to write to the CEO. I will never go through sears again.
