Block Followers?

Is there anyway to block people from following you? I don't want spammers or creepy people or just people I don't know following me and right now there is no way to stop anyone from following you that I can see.

Unfortunately, there is no option to block followers at the moment, but this is an important feature that's on our to-do list, and hopefully it will be implemented soon.
