Forum services
I was thinking, would it be an idea to add forum services in Secondbrain? The dream is to keep track of all my postings inn all the forums I'm participating in, like "getsatisfaction" for example, in one place.

Inappropriate?I love this idea, not only for tracking the forums I am participating in, but also for publishing my opinions in one place
-
Ah, pushing stuff the other way is definitely something we'd like to do more of. Right now you can tweet, but we've also been exploring the option to upload a picture and then publish it to multiple services. We have to put more work into this. -
I was thinking more of a complete "this is me" page, that includes my voice no mather where it is published.
Both for watching activites related to my posts in one place, and for others to follow what I post -
Inappropriate? Not a bad idea at all!
A lot of forums use the same forum engine, so it should be possible to do something with i.e. phpBB
I’m excited

Possible solutions
– add-in to the forum site
– browser extension
– Forum parser (either by creating a secondbrain index user on the varioius forums, or using the users credentials) -
Inappropriate?Glad you like it and that it is doable. I believe this feature alone will generate lots of users.
I’m happy

Absolutely... This would however relate to a challenge we're facing right now, how to properly separate (or merge for that matter) conversations and content. -
Inappropriate?Yes, I understand. I didn't think I would use SB for conversations in the beginning, but I see now that both ontopic an offtopic conversations occurs. Maybe there are users that have suggestions on this matter?
