How is Second Brain different than FriendFeed?

First of all we think FriendFeed is a cool service and they do a lot of really smart things. However we're actually working on two different products. There are many differences but the key one is that FriendFeed is update-centric while Secondbrain is content-centric. They focus on the latest updates by rss, we synchronize every single piece of content via APIs. That being said. When people build their libraries, the update feed happens all by it self. So we naturally offer the updates and lifestreaming part as a feature. But at the end of the day we're an organization tool for all your online content. And a lot of the cool functionality in Secondbrain is focused around letting you work with your content.
