Inviting members via Gmail needs improvement, here's 5 suggestions:
When you invite members via your Gmail..
1) The list should be alphabetical
2) The list should show the contacts name (Both Facebook and LinkedIn does this)
3) The viewing area should be bigger for better recognition scanning
4) The list should somehow show if you've already sent an invite to that person (you don't wanna spam them)
5) When they accept, it would be nice if the confirmation e-mail also showed their e-mail. If I just get an e-mail say that "hibkr accepted your invitation", how am I to know who "hibkr" is, if I invited several people?

Inappropriate?Great observations, Idaa!
I've added all these suggestions to our to-do list. Some of them are request we should just go ahead and improve. A few other things relates to how we will solve our future plans on how to connect with people you know.
To let you in on where we're planning to go with this - We want to make it easier to connect with the network you already have in other services. So if you provide me your username on say... Flickr, we want to present you with
a. Which of them are already on Secondbrain (and ask you if you want to connect here as well).
b. Which are not on Secondbrain (and prompt you if you want to send an invitation within Flickr)
Trust me, we really appreciate your feedback. We know a lot of stuff that needs improvement and have plenty of ideas on where we want to take this - but it's feedback like this that makes us aware and help us prioritize what we should focus on.
I’m grateful

Inappropriate?More functionality, huh? It sounds like a great idea, but personally I'd rather have a really slick interface for intviting via one service, than an interface i have to struggle with, regardless of how it gives me access to more services.
I'm anyway guessing that there will in the most part (except if you're a really heavy user of social media, but I'm guessing you want SB to go more mainstream) be a lot of overlap between your e-mail contacts and the contacts you have on your services, since most services do exactly that - let you add contacts from your e-mail.
I’m wondering what it is like living with an interaction designer.

Not that I think you won't be able to make nice UIs for inviting from several services, but if it's a matter of priority I'd improve functionality rather than expand.
