Better Spaces support in Check Off
CheckOff is great, but using the keyboard shortcut I've added to it throws me to Space #1 rather than Space #4 (or wherever) in which I hit the shortcut. It can be distracting if I'm making a task about something in Space #4, but my todo list is in Space #1.

Inappropriate? This is presently a limitation of of how Check Off was built back in the days of Jaguar/Panther and how Apple handles Spaces. Check Off's window is dropped as a sheet which causes Spaces to jerk back to the parent window. I'm leaning towards shifting away from the sheet dropping in Check Off 4 in favor of just showing a standard window, but I probably won't backport the fix to the 3.x branch since it would be quite a rewrite.

Inappropriate?I found the Quit app tip of Justin's from same problem with Today app (previous thread) helped. Set check-off to Every Space in Spaces Pref, Quit Check off, Run Check Off. Stays in Space #4 or where-ever.

Inappropriate?Justin,
Any chance you've changed things in Check Off 4 to make it work better with Spaces without having to do the "All Spaces" trick? -
The way Check Off's window is designed kind of prevents it from behaving like a standard app window. It's actually a sheet that is dropping from an invisible/ghost window. I may change it in the future to be more Spaces friendly, but it didn't make it into 4.0.
