French Localization Beta

I'm working to add a few localizations to Today: mainly German and French for now. I have a new beta of Today that I'd like to share that includes the new French localization. My goal here is to have any native French speakers tell me if they see anything out of sorts so I can have my localizer work out the kinks before doing an official release.

I'm working with my German localizer to get it finalized and I will post a subsequent beta that includes it for my German friends.

A word of caution: beta builds are not supported, so please use at your own risk. Be sure to back up your data. If you don't speak French, there's probably nothing too exciting in here for you to see, so I'd recommend staying on the supported build.
