Possible improvement in Today's handling of multiple day events?

Items that go past midnight (a party that starts on Friday, but finishes at 3am Saturday for instance) currently show up in both days, with the same time range (19:00 - 03:00 in this example.)

This is fine on Friday, but perhaps on Saturday it would be better to note that the event started yesterday? Changing the date range to something like "19:00 yesterday - 03:00 today" would work for me.
