Today isn't showing change in iCal repeat event
I just licensed Today, after reading a review of it in Macworld's MacGems. Like many others, I have been using Anxiety, but I like the interface of Today more, and I also like that it includes events as well as tasks. However, I have a problem. I have a recurring monthly event set to occur every 30 days. This month, I needed to move a single occurrence of that event to a different day. (Not changing the other monthly repeats of that event in the future.) I did that in iCal, but Today persists in showing the event on the original date. Is that an issue with how Today "sees" recurring events?

Inappropriate? It shouldn't matter if an event is recurring or not. It might be that iCal didn't notify Today of the change. What happens if you relaunch both Today and iCal?

Inappropriate?I tried relaunching both iCal and Today, more than once, and this recurring event stubbornly stays on Day A, although iCal shows it as having been moved to Day B. I tried moving a non-recurring event, just as a test, and Today immediately reflected the change. So it does seem to be specific to either this particular event, or to repeating events.

Inappropriate?Let me look into it a bit more and get back to you.

Inappropriate?nancyc: this looks to be a bug. I'm not sure if it's a Today bug or a framework bug with the system. I've filed a bug to look into it further so I can hopefully resolve it in an upcoming release.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate? Thanks for looking into it, and meanwhile, I know what to expect with those recurring events. I appreciate your help.

Inappropriate?Looking into resolving this presently. It seems to only happen for "All Day" events.

Inappropriate?I have the same issue. It's a recurring event but it's not an all day event
I’m frustrated
