Top menu icon gets blue when right-clicked

hi,

I just installed Today today. There's something wrong with the top bar menu icon. When I left-click it all is fine and Today's window shows up. But when I right-click it the icon turns blue and stays blue and nothing happens. It doesn't really freeze but it looks like it. Then I have to click it again to make it go normal again.

I can't reproduce this. Do you have any other menu bar apps that exhibit similar behavior? It seems like the click is registering, but not finalizing or something. I don't think it is a Today problem though. Try restarting Today and/or your Mac.

hi Justin,
I just rebooted my mac and I'm afraid the problem remains. When I right-click it it becomes blue. I guess I'm missing a menu. Is there something important there which I cannot access from somewhere else? I have several other icons there like gmail notifier, time machine, spanning sync, etc and they all work fine.

Ok, I can reproduce it using a mouse (not my trackpad for some reason). It looks to be an OS X issue because it happens for Twitterrific as well. I'll file a bug with Apple about it, but since there's no real functionality with right-clicking on the Today menu it shouldn't affect your usage.
