Turning Off Folder Deletion
Is there a way to turn of folder deletion when the last item in a folder is deleted? I use the same categories (folders) again and again. If I have deleted the last item in a folder the folder is automatically deleted. This means I have to create a new folder the next time I want to put an item in that category (folder).

Inappropriate?I don't understand what you mean exactly. A folder is only deleted if you select the folder and press the Delete key. It will warn you if there are unchecked items, but is pretty liberal about trashing it if you have them all checked.
