Second Life is causing me excessive problems and money

To whom this may concern:

On Friday, December 5, 2008 after logging on In-World, I noticed that my rented land was half empty of the prim I had rezzed before my last log on at the location call Shangri La, Di’Vha’s Place. When I asked the owner what happened to my things, he had no idea. But assumed that after he reclaimed an island I once owned on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, that the items was automatically return to my inventory as a compound prim. I felt he could have warned me. Nevertheless, I looked at my entire inventory did not find any of the items I own, which is well and above $100.00USD worth of items. I left an IM with the owner about the issue and he sent me a IM back indicating that he made an space on his land available for me to rez all my prim to locate the missing items.

I looked in my recent folder and saw a compound prim that I never had before, but when I rezzed it, nothing appeared; yet I was able to rez other compounded items. After many attempts there was no satisfaction in retrieving my items. I submitted a ticket “CRASHED REGION”.

A few days later, I began having trouble logging in to my account. My computer had started acting unstable and not responding. I did nothing off world to cause the instability. But, then I began to wonder if the compounded item which did not appear cause damage to my computer. Therefore I submitted another ticket for technical support.

Each ticket I am waiting for a solution for a fix. However, I do not think there will be a solution for my computer, it has crashed and I cannot log on to my desktop Vista Operating System at all. However, if the prim that I rezzed caused my desktop computer to crash, I will expect consideration of whomever is responsible will reimburse the payment for having the damage fixed at whatever the estimated cost will be.

Til this day I am waiting for solutions to my multiple issues.
