Inappropriate?This is not an official customer service channel for Linden Lab. They haven't claimed it, and there aren't any employees associated here (anymore), so I wouldn't expect a response. They've probably got a company policy about not using this, as well. (They've been cracking down on Lindens using 'unofficial' channels.)
Your best bet for getting a Linden's attention is to use their official issue tracker (as unfriendly as it is). -
Inappropriate?Had a friend try to use the issue tracker (password wouldn't reset when she put $0 in amount billed as Linden hasn't billed her anything as she's new) It just wouldn't work for her as a guest. In the end, she's decided not to use SL at all. She even tried ringing the international phone number to no avail. Linden Labs official customer service is over-complicated and doesn't always work unfortunately.

Inappropriate?Jayne, the issue tracker isn't for reporting support or customer service problems; try http://secondlife.com/support/ instead. Your friend can login as a guest there to gain assistance with her account if she's having problems logging in.
