2 fab questions in one!

So...I've installed the wp plug-in on a membership site im creating..i'm wondering if theres a way for seesmic plug-in not to require a seperate log-in, or if there's a way to have ONE log-in for my membership site, and my members give themselves usernames or nicknames when they're video posting to my sites blog...and one other thing...how do i put the seesmic option up near the top of the posting area instead of the bottom? i'd rather people video post on this blog ....
