401 error that won't go away.
I have been trying to get into Seesmic since last Saturday night (4/4/2009). I left a message as a response to another complaint of this nature and send email to bear but I have received no response and I continue to be blocked out. I'd like to see this fixed.

Hi, Joel.
I've talked with Bear - If you have not done this already, the best thing is to clear out your cookies. Not accessing the site and getting a 401 error message indicates that there's an invalid session cookie that's saved in your browser. Essentially, the browser is trying to access the site with the wrong or outdated authentication.
You can use this site for step by step instructions and choose which one applies to you:

HI Joel, sorry for the delay in my response. I would love to see what I can do to get you back up and running. Can you let me know what browser and OS you are using? Have you cleared all cookies in your browser related to *seesmic.com*? Are you able to see the site before logging in? Or not at all? Do you have other computers on your network that you are (un)able to view the site on? -
Inappropriate?Using Opera on the one computer with Windows XP and IE with Vista on the other.
There are no seesmic.com cookies on this computer.
The site goes straight to the 401 error on this computer.
Yes, I can see the site on the other XP computer, but not on the Vista computer where I tried to log in the other night.
I’m working with you.
-
Inappropriate?Oh and I tried Opera on the other computer that uses XP (we have four), and it works there just fine.
I’m still working with you.
