Your Wordpress plugin doesn't work with WP version 2.5.1 using the K2 theme.
K2 theme has <textarea> and <?php wp_head(); ?>
The plugin folder permission is set recursively 777 ( read&write&execute )
There is no threated comment plugin installed.

Inappropriate?Hi, i just installed K2 on my local wp 2.5 and it works fine. Can you try to disable your plugins one by one and see if its not one of them that causes this problem?
Something in your installation is disabling the comments_array filter for seesmic_plugin, and that filter is needed to keep all video comments in the same thread.
