A troubled twitter = a troubled Twhirl
I'm sure most of you already know this, but I just wanted to point out that Twhirl's twitter integration is only as good as Twitter's API service. In other words, if Twitter is having issues, then Twhirl will have issues connecting to Twitter.
(Connection to other services, like FriendFeed, should not be affected.)

Inappropriate?Aye. Twitter's API request limit has been changed to 30/hour. Users receiving the "limit exceeded" error should make an adjustment in their Twhirl settings by clicking the wrench / network / Request usage
