Ability to create channels and make it easier for adults to manage kids' access.

I think channels would be a great way to make content more easily "screenable" for parents and teachers. I don't know if the community should rate the channels or if seesmic should (probably a bit too much to ask of seesmic). Maybe it would be enough for someone to create a channel and the community can confirm that it really does contain the kind of content the author claims.
