Anchored URLs do not work with "shorten url"
For urls with anchor references, the "shorten url" function does not include the anchor. However, if pasting the complete url into the twhirl box, the short url upon publish is correct.

Inappropriate?Ya the shorten button cuts off the anchor, but you can go to the is.gd site manually and shorten, and it keeps the entire URL.
