Bermuda triangle for Seesmic videos?

I recorded a video that was over 2 minutes or so (I think). The video played back and I clicked the button to post it but it didn't appear in the public stream. I clicked on the refresh button and the scroll buttons and it wasn't there. It also wasn't in my "Sent" menu.
