Commentors can record video - but Seesmic does not post on site

Visitors to my blog: http://www.thefilmtalk.com/2008/08/09...

can record video comments but they are not showing up in the blog - the video is 'stuck' with this message: "Please wait while Seesmic is completing the post..."

I see that others have had this problem - the thing is is that video commenting was working has been working flawlessly for days and have just started -

any suggestions?
