is there a way to use seesmic that is private by default?

I'm working on a non profit site that is interested in video commenting on their blog. is there a way to use seesmic such that the videos are not republishable elsewhere e.g. the public timeline or facebook by default?

the site will be wordpress based and used by registered users posting private blog entries these users would want their videos to be the same.
