As well as in my case, I believe it is the .ogg file format. -
Inappropriate?I'm not sure if this is a direct answer to your question because it doesn't give you ogg support, BUT you do get V4L2 support with this BETA update to Flash and that worked for me to get my eeePC (Xandros) working with seesmic. Well at least to the point where it recognizes the camera and captures something. I haven't posted anything yet since I don't have much to say and just got things running last night anyways.
