I'm not happy with Twhirl
I HAVE NOT USED TWHIRL FOR OVER A MONTH BECAUSE OF PASSWORD PROBLEMS. I HAVE REMOVED THE PROGRAM FROM MY LAPTOP, REINSTALLED IT AND I GET THE SAME PROBLEM. IS SOMEBODY GOING TO RESOLVE THIS. I AM VERY PISSED OFF. IF YOU DO NOT WANT ME TO USE YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE TELL ME.

Inappropriate?Hi Frank, I am very sorry for the frustrating issues you are having. =( It sounds like we will need to make very sure that your 'Encrypted Store' files have been removed so that you can get new settings written to the file. Can you tell me which OS you are using?
